Question:  How do I join the Hiroshima Women's Club?

Question:  Can I park at ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel for the General Meeting and how
much does it cost?
Answer:  Yes, there is underground parking available at ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel.  HIWC has
negotiated a discount rate for our members on the day of our General Meeting from 9:00 - 15:00
for 300 yen.  Please take your parking ticket to the Cloak Room desk (located in front of the
meeting room).  After paying the Cloak Room 300 yen, they will give you a validated ticket for
the parking garage.


Question: I have an idea for an outing/activity/event that I'd like to coordinate.  What
can I do?
Answer:  Please review the New Activity page and contact our VP of Outings.

Question:  How can I get more involved in the club or help out?
Answer: Fantastic!  We highly encourage all members to join our activities or outings, whether
as a Participant or Coordinator.  Please check out the Coordinator sign up sheet at the General
Meetings.  This sheet will list available activity ideas and opportunities to become a Coordinator.

Question:  I have a concern/issue.  How do I bring it up to the Board?
Answer:  Great!  You can:
  •     Drop your concern or issue in the anonymous Comment Box at a General Meeting
  •     Attend one of the monthly Board Meetings.  The first thirty minutes of the Board   
    Meeting is open to our members for open communication.  
  •     Fill out the online Comments Form
  •    Above all, please feel free to approach any of us!
